How do I ask AnswerSquad questions?

AnswerSquad is a discussion e-mail mailing list, which means that you submit questions, comments, and even answers by e-mail. To participate, you address messages to answersquad-main@answersquad.com

How do I receive answers?

You'll receive e-mail from the AnswerSquad mailing list at the mailing address that you specified when you subscribed. These messages will include your question and our messages back to you, helping you to an answer. You'll also see other subscribers questions and answers, which can be just as informative as reading your own!

My AnswerSquad messages are mixed in with the rest of my e-mail how can I read it separately?

You can filter the messages from the AnswerSquad mailing list directly into a special folder in your e-mail program, separate from your personal message (and from incoming spam). We have very specific instructions for most popular email programs on our mailman help page

What if I go on vacation?

If you'll be away for more than a week, let us know when you are leaving and when you are coming back, so we can temporarily disable your mailings and credit you the time you're not receiving mail on your account. Please use our contact form to let us know.

How do I know you can really answer my questions? Can I have a trial subscription?

Better yet we've got a seven-day money-back guarantee. Go ahead and sign up for your first month and start asking questions. If you're not satisfied that you're getting the answers you need, you can cancel for a full refund within the first seven days of your subscription. Of course, you can always cancel your subscription at any time thereafter too, but the refund period is only the first week of your subscription.

How do I pay for my AnswerSquad subscription?

Our normal billing system debits your Paypal account at the beginning of each one, three, or six month subscription period. You can also pay by check or money order in U.S. funds; your subscription begins when we receive your check. Please contact us for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You do two things: 1) Unsubscribe from the mailing list, and 2) Let us know that you are doing so to make sure that you don't get charged for any additional time on the list. Please refer to the mailman help page for details of how to unsubscribe, then let us know you've unsubscribed through our contact page. We'll be sorry to see you go, though!
